What to do if you are not happy with your Mystery Box?
First of all, don't worry! There are a few options to solve that problem.
Refund or Replace
If you are unhappy with your mysterybox it's possible to refund or replace the entire amount, excluding the shipment cost within 14 days of purchase. In return we only accept a full mysterybox. That means that it is not possible to keep some items.
How it works
To get a refund or an other box you need to return a full mysterybox. There are two ways to return your mysterybox.
1) Bring your mysterybox to one of our stores in your neighboordhood. One of our colleagues will accept the mysterybox and provide you with an email receipt as proof of your return. It's not possible to exchange some items for something else from the shop. This is only possible if an item is defective.
2) If there aren't any stores located in your neighbourhood, you can send us an e-mail. We'll send you an e-mail back with instructions how to send your mysterybox back to us. After we received your box we'll start the refunding / replacing progress which can take up to a maximum of 14 days.
