All tiers have a lending period of a month, starting the date you've subscribed.

Keep in mind, you can always re-lend the same item at the end of the month, if you wish to keep wearing it.

Pick-up your card in any of our Rejoes locations near you! You can show the email confirmation at the cashdesk to receive your new library card.

Go to any Rejoes location, find your pieces and give your library card at the checkout to get pictures taken of the pieces, pricetags and alarms removed and added to your account.

They are now yours to be worn!

You can return your pieces at any Rejoes location of your convenience. It does not have to be returned to the location you have picked the item up.

To re-lend, you can come with solely your library card to any Rejoes location of your convenience, and specify at the cashdesk which piece in your account you want to enlengthen for another month.

When you return your pieces, they get processed by our colleagues before getting inspected and washed after every use.

Watch out, for every week that you're late, we will fine you 20% of the item value, automatically through your bank, until the item is either fully paid, or returned.

Every piece is:
- Professionally washed
- Repaired if needed
- Quality checked

The plus and premium tiers have options to swap a few pieces every month, in case you didn't like it after all, or you just want to try something else.

To do so, simply return your item before the month is over, and grab something else from the racks!

If you want to keep an item after having worn it for a while, you may always do so by purchasing the item at any of our locations. Simply bring the item and our colleagues will charge you the item's original price with a 20% discount ontop*.
